Privacy policy

1. Purpose

This service shows a short survey when you cancel or leave a service. It helps the company using it (“the organization”) understand why people leave, so it can improve. Your answers are anonymous.

2. Data collected

The reason you pick from a predefined list, and an optional free-text comment if you choose to write one.

We do not ask for or store your name, email, phone number, or IP address. Please do not enter personal data (yours or anyone else's) in the comment field.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Answers are used only to analyze, in aggregate, the reasons for cancellation and improve the service. They are never sold, used for advertising, or shared with third parties other than the technical providers required for hosting.

4. Retention

Answers are kept as long as the organization's account is active. The organization can delete a response at any time; all data is deleted when its account is closed.

5. Controllers

The organization that embedded this survey is the data controller of the collected answers; the service operator acts as a technical data processor. Because the answers are anonymous, they cannot, on their own, re-identify you.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, and erasure. As the answers are anonymous and not linked to your identity, exercising them may require contacting the relevant organization directly.
